It does not evaluate your personal eligibility for any visa, residence permit, or immigration status, and it does not select, recommend, or assist in selecting a specific immigration outcome for you. The site's self-help guides and country-selection tools organize general, publicly available information about each country you choose to view; they are not an assessment of your eligibility. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice, using it does not create any advisor-client relationship, and we do not provide guidance to individuals about their personal immigration, legal, tax, or financial situation. Immigration law and program requirements change and vary by individual circumstances. For decisions that matter, consult a licensed immigration attorney or the relevant government agency directly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or these terms, however it arises (including in contract, tort, or otherwise), is strictly limited to the total amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (for example, the price of the guide or self-help portal access you purchased). This cap applies even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Everything we sell is delivered to you digitally and immediately: online guide access, a members-only portal, or a downloadable file. By purchasing access to the members-only portal, you request immediate performance of the contract and explicitly acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once digital access is granted.
If you are located in the European Union or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within a set period, you agree that this right ends as soon as we grant you access to the purchased content, and you consent to that immediate performance at checkout.
Where we describe access to the members-only portal as "lifetime" or similar, that means access for the active life of the product, not your personal lifetime. We reserve the right to discontinue the portal with at least 30 days' notice to active members, at which point we will provide a downloadable PDF archive of your guide content to active members in place of ongoing portal access.
