Support & FAQ

Billing & access

Will I be charged again automatically?

No. Every purchase here is a one-time payment — we never store a subscription or bill you again without you taking action. Your access simply runs for one year from your purchase date. If you want another year, go to your account page and click Renew; you're only charged at that moment, for that year.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds. Since this is a one-time purchase, there's nothing to cancel — you keep full access to your paid tier for the entire year you already paid for, with nothing billed automatically after that.

What happens to my access when the year is up?

Nothing happens automatically. You keep everything your plan includes through the exact expiration date shown on your account page. After that, your account drops to the Free tier unless you've clicked Renew there, which charges you again for another year at the same price.

When you renew, you continue to get:

  • Updated country guides with latest visa requirements and immigration law changes
  • New pricing data (housing, visas, living costs)
  • Any new countries we've added to the platform
  • Your tier-2 or tier-3 pricing locks in for another year

How do I add more countries to my plan?

On your account page, click Add 5 more countries. This is a one-time payment ($17 on Tier 2, $31 on Tier 3) that adds to your existing countries. It doesn’t replace or affect the ones you already have.

How do I upgrade from Tier 2 to Tier 3?

From your account page, click Upgrade to Tier 3. You’ll see the exact prorated amount before confirming. It’s the difference between what you’ve already paid for Tier 2 and the Tier 3 rate for the rest of your term, not a fresh full-price charge. This is also the one moment you can change your 5 covered countries if you want to; otherwise your existing ones carry over.

Plans & access

What's the difference between Free, Tier 2, and Tier 3?

Free gets you our country picker, your own top 5 selection, and a short free self-help guide for each. Tier 2 adds the full documents/visa mechanics and city guides for your matched countries. Tier 3 adds the complete relocation picture, including culture, schooling, healthcare, safety, and more. See the full breakdown on What’s Included.

Why can I only see content for some countries?

Tier 2 and Tier 3 access is tied to your own selected top 5 countries, fixed when you buy, rather than all 27. This keeps pricing tied to what you actually need. You can add more countries with a top-up, or change your set once if you upgrade from Tier 2 to Tier 3.

What happens to my access if I change my country selection?

Changing your selection on the country-picker page only updates what you see there. It doesn't change which countries your existing purchase covers. That stays fixed to your original selection unless you use a top-up or an upgrade to change it.

Is this legal, immigration, or tax advice?

No. Nothing on this site is legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice. See our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer. For decisions that matter, confirm details with an official government source or a licensed professional.

How is this information kept accurate?

We source figures (visa thresholds, cost of living, healthcare rankings, and similar) from official and reputable third-party data and revisit them periodically. Requirements and costs change, so always double-check anything important directly with an official source before acting on it.
